Troubleshooting
Resolve common wallet, network, shard, funding, and settlement issues.
Wallet not detected
Install/unlock MetaMask or a compatible injected EVM wallet, refresh the page, then connect again.
Wrong network
Approve the switch to Hedera Mainnet, chain ID 295. Retry the original action after switching.
Token approval fails
Check HBAR gas, token association, wallet token balance, spender, and approval amount. Do not retry prompts you do not understand.
No eligible shard
Check exact-input and minimum-receive values against shard USDC bands. The shard must also be active and provisioned.
No executable liquidity
The shard book has no compatible counter-order. Keep the authorization open, choose another eligible shard, or cancel.
Funding required
Restore sufficient input-token wallet balance and allowance for all active obligations.
Settlement submitted
Wait for the chain receipt and backend reconciliation. Do not treat the hash as a confirmed fill.
Data looks delayed
RPC, HCS, WebSocket reconnection, and explorer indexing can delay updates. Refresh after backend status returns OK.
Cancellation unavailable
Settlement may already be submitted or the record may be terminal. Inspect expanded lifecycle details.
