How token approvals authorize settlement while assets remain in your wallet.
Sharded Markets does not create a custodial account. Your assets stay in your wallet until a confirmed settlement transfers the authorized amount.
Allowances
An approval lets a named settlement contract transfer up to an aggregate amount for active obligations. It does not escrow, reserve, or move tokens when granted. You still need enough wallet balance when settlement executes.
- Approvals are requested for the input token and backend-returned spender.
- A fallback route may require a separate spender approval and signature.
- The app does not provide allowance revocation; use your wallet or a trusted allowance manager.
- There is no deposit, withdrawal, platform balance, holdings, or portfolio screen.
